5. Do all items ship from the Distribution Center in NC?
Not every item is stocked at the Distribution Center, if you want to check inventory levels on an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 919-808-4060. All Media will be dropped shipped directly from the vendor Monday - Thursday if the order is placed by 1pm EST.
6. What is the AeroStore's Return Policy?
The AeroStore strives to provide the best customer service and quality products available and while we understand that you may want to return products, certain products cannot be returned or sent back for store credit . 7. Where can I find the paperwork to include with my samples to the laboratory?
If the Chain of custody is not in the description section of the product please check the Forms section on Aerobiology.net located at the top navigation bar.
8. Do you ship Internationally?
We ship to North America and Puerto Rico. We do not rent any equipment internationally. Please contact the manufacturer of the product directly for international rental options.
9. I'm having trouble filling out the paperwork to include with my samples to the laboratory, who can help?
